The answer is : because I think it’s better to make some improvement this way , you read you put into practice for 2-3 days and then you come to the website and read the next article , and also it’s easier to read this way , easier to learn.

I have a schedule calendar where I write what I have important to do in that day , I write my university stuff , my exams , paper quiz , projects , all my dead lines are there , and that makes me see how many days I have left until there and I can focus on that problem.

Put the phone in silent mode , no vibrations with the screen down on the desk and start doing what you want.
