Step 7. Buy a moleskine and a pen.

Step 7 – Buy a moleskine and a pen.

You know what a pen is , but what is a moleskine? Let me tell you. I was not paid to say this , I just say this because I use a moleskine , also it would be nice to get some free one , haha.
Moleskine is a brand that identifies a family of notebooks , diaries , and city guides : flexiple and brilliantly simple tools for use both in everyday and extraodinary circumstances , ultimately becoming an integral part of one’s personality.
I use my moleskine just like this : http://plannerhack.com/.
Also buy a nice pen , you will feel bad if you don’t use it , buy a Parker one or a Faber Castle those are some expensive pens.
If you say that the prices are to high , the are not that high , but I chose those for a reason.
If you pay 15-20$ for a notebook and 80-100$ for a pen , you will feel bad if you don’t use them , this way you will be more organized. That’s the point.
Oh , this is finally over , I feel I have a lot to say about this , but I’ll write more in the next articles.
If you got the steps , and followed them you will sure be more organized by now.

Here you can buy a moleskine

Being Organized (Part 7 of 8)

Step 5 – Organize your life with a schedule calendar.

I have a schedule calendar where I write what I have important to do in that day , I write my university stuff , my exams , paper quiz , projects , all my dead lines are there , and that makes me see how many days I have left until there and I can focus on that problem.
I’ll show you a picture of what I mean , of a schedule calendar:

Step 6 – Forget about your phone

You don’t need to forget about your phone all the time , you need to forget about the phone when you work , or when you want to be focused.
Put the phone in silent mode , no vibrations with the screen down on the desk and start doing what you want.
Only after you finish , you can look and call if someone called you

Step 4 – Back to paper and pencil

Oh , I love to talk about this , because this changed the way I act , they way I work .
Paper and pencil. Back to them , back to basics. Everything you want to memorize , or to remember later on , write it down. I have my desk , with a plastic thing on it and under the plastic I have a schedule calendar , a motivational quote , the SQ3R technique , a piece of paper with what I want to achieve , and a paper with the date of my exams.
That helps me focus on what I want to later on , and when I try , even when I try to make something that makes me lose time , I look down on those pieces of paper and say , If I do that I won’t be able to get where I want in life.
So , take notes , do if you want as I did , everything that workes for you , that makes you more focused.

Being Organized (Part 4 of 8)

Welcome back , hope you did what I said the past article about TV if so you are ready to go and you are ready to take one more step in your way of having an organized life , a better life.
If you haven’t read the last article about organization , you can read it here: http://oneway-up.com/?p=291 , have fun reading.
So, let’s start!
Step 1. Forget about your TV (done)
Step 2. Try being less active on those websites that require you to lose a lot of time.
Step 3. Run , read.
Step 4. Back to paper and pencil.
Step 5. Organize your life with a schedule calendar.
Step 6. Forget about your phone.
Step 7. Buy a moleskine and a pen.

Step 2 – Try being less active on those websites that require you to lose a lot of time.

I don’t want to make bad advertising , but I’ll say to be less active on Facebook , Twitter , MySpace , Netlog and all of those websites that make you come for more , every single day.
Because you lose a lot of time with watching someone else photos on Facebook , playing Farmville or what whatever you play.
I’ve used twitter , I’m still using it. But now I use it when I have free time , just to see what other people have to say. But back in the days , when I was lazy (you remember) I’ve tweeted out every thing that I did : I’m playing COD , I’m going to eat pizza and so on.
Stop doing that. Some scientists discovered that if you say something , if you say you will do something , the probability is that you won’t do it.
Netlog and others are the same , stop doing that , you won’t get where you want by losing your most valuable resource , time!

And if you are not convinced , try this:

Think about a person, famous one ,that you want to become like. Then think what he did to become like that. If the answer is Facebook then you are talking about Mark Zuckerberg , the founder of the Facebook. But he worked very hard on this , he was a student at Harvard an so on.
Think what he did to get there. And start doing that.

See you in part 4 of this series , where you will read and watch a very important video , that will open your mind and you will say , ahaaaaa wow.. I’ve never thought about that.

Also you can spread the knowledge with your friends via Twitter , Facebook and others just by clicking the buttons below this article , don’t be selfish spread the information , let’s help more people!!
Thank you! <3

Being Organized (Part 3 of 8)

Step 1 – Forget about your TV

This is your fist step in being organized.
Now you have a lot of free time , no TV gives you your life back.
It’s very sad , but that’s the truth , your TV is eating your productivity , it’s eating your life , it’s controlling your.

Control the things that you own , don’t let them control you!

You have the remote control , you can press the off button , it’s simple , just takes a second. Do that , and never come back to your TV. And when I say never I mean never , only for now , when you are trying to escape from this very bad habit.
Do this for some days try to don’t watch tv , then come here and read the next part of this series about ” Step 2. Try being less active on those websites that require you to lose a lot of time.”

See you next time , when you will escape from your TV.

Being Organized (Part 2 of 8)

Oh , hello. Glad to see you wanted more , you wanted to see how my day is now , ok I’ll give you that.

After

In the morning time , I wake up at 6 and I wake up instantly , I don’t think about it. Then I have a program that I do , it’s a program that you can achieve 100 push-up in a period of time. So I do some push-ups and that’s my morning coffee.
After that I go to university , and watch carefully and ask the professor questions about facts that I don’t understand.
In breaks I talk with my colleagues , and make jokes. I’m happy all the time.
When I came home , I take a nap , of 20 minutes. Then wake up fresh.
I study from the internet , I read motivational books and read for university  , because I love what I’m learning , understanding what the teacher said in the class.
After that I take a good old sleep , 8-9 hours works for me.

Improvement

Do you see the improvement? And I’m not lying , it may seem incredible to you , also it is to me. I’ve formed the habit of doing that every single day , and it’s very natural to me.
If you are ready to do this , and if you want to improve this , then you will read more in part 3 of this series.
And for those who think I’m lying , I say to them : why should I lie about this , I want to help you for free. You don’t pay me for this information. I take from my time to write this , just to help you , why would I lie , that’s just stupid.

See you in part 3 , where I start talking about the real steps you have to take to be more ogranized.
